About:China Visa on Arrival

VOA Shenzhen, UK passport, and where can you LEAVE by

I am UK passport holder, and want to get a Shenzhen visa on arrival around 20 November.

I have two questions:
Are there any known problems for UK passport holders at the moment?
I know you have to arrive at certain points, but do you also have to LEAVE via the same ports. Could I, for example, arrive via Luoho port, get my VOA, but leave via Shenzhen airport?

Nick, UK citizens are currently eligible for the Shenzhen VOA.
You don't have to leave via the same port, but you need to leave from Shenzhen.
You can arrive via Luohu Port and leave from Shenzhen Airport.

Hi Virginia,

My question was perhaps not entirely clear, it wasn't so much whether you could leave by a different port to the one you came in by - it was whether you can leave via a port like Shenzhen airport, which doesn't issue VOA, or whether you have to go in and out by a "VOA" port (i.e. the four listed).

Ah, I get it. It doesn't matter, you can leave via a port which doesn't issue VOA.
