Hello, we intend to go on November 4th from Hongqiao Railway station to PVG, arriving at 17h14 at Hongqiao Railway Station. We intend to use Bus shuttle. It is said that bus transfer will last 1h when metro transfer will last 2h. Is bus transfer reliable at that time of the day (departure around 17h30/18h)?Thank you.

In usual time, airport shuttle bus will take around an hour on the way. However, according to your arrival time, you will meet traffic jam and the duration would be 1.5 to 2 hours or longer. So if you have a flight to catch on PVG, you are suggested to take subway because it doesn't influence a lot by traffic jam. The duration is about 1.5 hours. And the ticket fare is CNY 8 per person.
