hong kong to yangshuo trip

Question

I start from HK.  My plan is MRT train from Hk on Sunday to Guangzhou then train to Guilin and bus to YS. Is this the optimal travel? I intend to stay 4 nights there and 2 nights in Guilin. is this sufficient?If you can provide location to take the train and bus will be thankful to you very much.

No, it is not the best mode. You can use the MTR East Rail Line to Lok Ma Chau Station. Then pass the border, you will reach the Futian Port in Shenzhen. Take the subway Longhua Line to North Railway station, where you can take a bullet train to GL. And then take a bus from General bus station to Yangshuo.BTW, your time is enough for the sightseeing. Don’t worry.
