Generally speaking, it is not so hard to hire a taxi for the long-distance travel at night and the fare can be CNY400-500. Alternatively, direct buses to Yangzhou are still available upon your arrival. Actually, the last two buses leave at 22:00 and 23:30. I believe you can catch it. The fare is CNY65 per person and it takes 2 hours.
