Hi there! You can apply for one from the consular office in Brazil because you are a resident there. The application materials include your passport, a photocopy of the passport's data page, an application form with your recent personal photo stuck on it, and an invitation letter from mainalnd PRC. It's possible that the consular officer may ask for more documents, for example, an invitation letter from a government authorized unit.0
