About:Chinese Permanent Residence Permit

Can an associate retd professor of us green card can apply for China permanent residence?

An indian Associate Professor now staying in usa, but contributed for China in writing , can he be an applicant?

It depends on how China assess the contribution. If it means a lot, the person may be eligible for applying the permanent residence.
