Italian applying for a visa in Macau

Hello, I am from Italy, spent almost 8 years in China and wanna ask if it is easier and less of a hassle to get a 1 year multiple entry business M type in macau than HK....Since i live near the border to Macau the duration of each stay wouldn't matter, but should be 1 year entry permit. Or is it nowadays even easier to get a multiple entry tourist L type?
thanks in advance

Mario, I think you might try your luck in Hong Kong if you really want to apply. To my understanding, it's really difficult to acquire a multiple one in a third country nowadays. If you are refused, then you'd better get back to your country to apply.
