About:Shanghai Taxi

How big are Shanghai Taxis?

My wife & I will be arriving at Pudong Airport on Wednesday, 14th Oct (tomorrow) @ around 3.00pm, and will have 2 large cases + 2 small cases + 3 items of hand-luggage. Will this all fit in the boot (trunk) of the normal sized cab?

A cab can hold 4 adult passengers and at least two large cases can be put in the trunk. According to your situation, one regular taxi is enough. And there will have enough space to put your luggage. Don't worry.

Thanks for your quick reply Rang, much appreciated.

I guess there is always the front passenger seat to use for luggage that won't fit in the trunk!

Again, answering my own question
We managed to fit in all our luggage, but only just!
Definitely needed the spare front passenger seat to take the very large case as the trunk wasn't that large
