About:Beijing Weather in December

Will be in Beijing from 15-20 December. I was hoping to see the snowfalls.

Is there a chance that I will experience snowfalls during that time? or are there places within the city's outskirts that will have snow...?

Well, it depends. It usually snows in the late Dec. and early Jan. in the city. If it doesn’t snow when you are in the downtown, I suggest you go to the suburb Mentougou District, where you can enjoy the stunning snow view. Anyway, pay close attention to the weather forecast before you leave.
