Visa on arrival for cross frm Gongbei to Zhuhai

We are Thai peoples , On next year February 2016 I will go there for traveling 1 day , we will start to go ZH from Macau ,But I have some question about for visa on arrival ,

please kindly to help us -:

1. Can we do the Visa on arrival at Gongbei border? Visa can do every day? and start time - finish time ?

2. How much to pay for do the Visa on arrival at Gongbei ?

3. For doing the Visa on arrival , What document must i prepare ?
