planning a trip to hong kong 3days 2nights

Question

hi, planning a short trip to HK in early November. 2nd time visit after 10years ago.staying at one minden hotel at Tsim sha Tsui.  wish to go Wong Tai Sin Temple, Victoria Bay night view, Victoria peak (morning), night markets, hop-in and out bus for night view..... wow... but not sure how to plan the schedule. please help suggest.  thank you.
