About:Mount Emei

Hi. I will landing at chengdu airport at around 11pm on 23th Nov.

Can I still take the direct high speed train from there straight to Mt Emei or is it too late? If I still can will I be able to get a taxi to hotel? I think it will be quite late by the time the train reaches the mountain scenic area. Thank you

The last train schedule is at 21:10. You cannot catch it.
So you are suggested to stay at a hotel nearby the airport and go to the scenic area in the next early morning. The earliest trai is at 07:54. It just takes around an hour on the way.

I was very pleased with the Airport Hotel, arrived very late and they were most welcoming.
