Hi, I am a Vietnamese citizen and currently studying in Finland, so I have my EU Resident Permit and rights to access every countries in Schengen area. Can I enter HK with traveling purpose for a week with my EU Resident Permit? Because from what I know Vietnamese needs visa to enter HK except transit purpose.

Tran, even though you are a EU resident, you still need the entry permit for HK.
