You can arrange the itinerary in the following way.
Day 1: Ruins of St. Paul's, Senado Square, Monte Fort, Sightseeing Tower, Sun Yat-Sen Park
Day 2: A-Ma Temple, Fisherman's Wharf, Wine Museum, Museum of Art
