About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Why all the hassle?

Any person without question should be able to enter all those mentioned destinations but they can't leave china without consequence if their entery stamp exceed the allowed 72 hrs.
50-100 dollars fine for each additional day!

Not any person I think. The 72-hour free transit is only for the citizens of 51 countries or regions.
