About:Beijing Weather in February

Only 8 days for travel within China in Late March...What should i do?

I am planning a trip to China in Mid to late March. I love the outdoors and enjoy canoeing, hiking, biking and seeing animals in their native habitat. I also enjoy art, music and delicious food. I don't have as much time as i like, but still want to make the most out of my visit. I will be flying in to Qingdao and out of Beijing.
I welcome any advice! Thank you!!
