About:Shanghai Weather

Hi,

I will be living in Shanghai from Nov to March

What kind of weather can I expect?

I have heard that it is usually very cold during the chinese new year, but other days from dec to feb is quite mild winter (excecpt the bad heating at homes ofcourse!)

Would really appreciate some advise!

Yes .It's the coldest time in Shanghai from Nov. to Mar. The lowest temperature is about -5 degrees and the highest is 10 degrees .But it's the best time to enjoy the atmosphere of China Spring Festival .

Oh,Nov and March is generally cool while it is cold from December to February with an average low temperature around 0℃, especially during Chinese New Year. It may be snowy in Shanghai at that time. You'd better prepare some sweaters, jackets, and a winter overcoat.
