Yes, there are many ticket booths in downtown area.
For example, one is located at No.14, 1, East Nanheng Road, Xicheng District. You can provide the living place. Then I can find the near one for you.
Notably, you have to collect the tickets at train stations. You can just book the tickets in advance at ticket booths.0

We'll stay in Xisi (Subway 4), Xicheng area. It' be great if we can get (?) the return train ticket in the neighbourhood in advance.

There are two near ticket booths for you to choose.
One is located at Second No.90, Inner Street of Fucheng Gate.
The other one is located at Second No.158, North Xisi Avenue.0
