Can I pick up train ticket via ticket booth in the city?

Hi!,

I'll travel to Shanghai next month and need to book train tickets in advance. I would like to know that If book via your website, can I pick the tickets at Shanghai Fuzhou Rd. booth? Thanks

However, we are sorry that online booked tickets can only be collected from a railway station for international travelers. In Shanghai, you can do it at Shanghai Railway Station which should be the nearest one from FuzhouRd. area. You can also do it at Shanghai Hongqiao Station, Shanghai South Station or Shanghai West Station.
