About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

I am a Pakistan passport holder & want to visit Canton Trade Fair from 15 to 25 October 2015.

I will like to fly from Dubai to HONG KONG & from there to Guangzhou by train,will I need transit permit for Hong Kong while I have business visa for CHINA?

Yes, you still need to apply for the HK transit permit.
