About:Shanghai Pudong Airport

Connecting flights in different airports of shanghai

Flight is from Haneda to Hongqiao, transit time 5 hrs approx., then Pudong Airport to HK. My question is do I need a visa (Philippine passport holder) for travelling between the two airports. Or does Hongqiao airport or China Eastern Airlines provide shuttle/transfer service to PVG? Thanks.

No, it's not necessary for you to apply for the visa because your stopover is within 24 hours.
From Hongqiao Airport, you can take airport shuttle bus line 1 to get to PVG directly. In usual time, the duration is about an hour. The ticket fare is CNY 30 per person.
