About:Shanghai Travel

CANADIAN PASSPORT holder wants to avail 72 hours visa free.

Arrival in Shanghai Airport 20 OCT. at 1450PM and departs 24OCT 0050AM, but he will complete immigration clearance before 2000hrs on 23rd .

Is it ok, my concern is plane departs at 0050am 24th OCT. which exceeds 72hrs. Kinldy advise…thank you!

As for your case, I'm afraid you cannot enjoy the 72 hours visa free policy. Before you taking the plane, it's suggested to contact your airlines and the Immigration Office to confirm this flight connection.
