I'm planning on travelling in PRC for 3 months. Can I get a 3 month in Mexico?

Hi Anna! It's possible to apply from Mexico. If you are a resident there, the chance for you to get it is bigger. However, I'm afraid it's not likely that you can get an L type entry permit that allows you to stay in PRC for three months because you are not applying from your home country. Even through you apply from Finland, it's hard to get a three-month stay durationn as a tourist.
