Can I apply for a visa in China if I am a singaporean?

I have overlooked that I need to apply one if I am going to stay in PRC for more than 15 days. Is it possible to apply there and how to apply?

Goh, you are in PRC now, right? If so, you can go to the local exit and entry administration to apply for a regular visa with no entry on it.
