Weather In Taiwan on 24 Nov 2015 onward

Hi just want to check with you weather. is it safe enough from typhoon or something else in whole island as I plan to go a few area and what's the temperature(degree) during that period? Please advise. Thanks

The possibility of typhoon is low in late November; possibility of rain is high in northern part but very low in southern part. Temp was usually around 60F to 75F. A long-sleeve t-shirt plus an overcoat is enough. Have fun~
