transit facilities

We have lengthy transit times between UK-Australia and the return trip.  What facilities are available in the transit area, for example refreshments and toilet/showers, wifi, shops

Yes, there are toilets, shops, restaurants, cafes and wifi in the transit area, no worry. However, I'm afraid there is no shower facilities. But you can check in one of the lounges for a shower and of course you need to pay for it.
