hi, is it safe to travel to taipei during 30 oct 15 - 5 nov 15?

Will there still be any typhoon during that time? and how is the weather at that point of time? am bring a toddler with us.

Well yes. It can be safe enough to travel during that time, because typhoon seldom happen then. Based on the weather records of the past years, it can be still warm, with the lowest temp of around 18 degrees celcius and the highest reaching 26 degrees celcius or a little higher. Prepare T-shirt, long-sleeved shirts and regular jeans.
