buy tickets in advance to jiuzhaigou park

Hi, is it possible to buy the tickets for the entrance into the park in advance? We will stay in the village of JZG and we would like to spend a day at Huanglong. How long does it take to get there? What which form of transport would you recommend: public transport or a private car?

You can book the ticket in advance, but you cannot buy it in advance (namely, buy ticket for Dec. 12 on Nov. 12 at the entrance). Actually, you can buy the ticket on the spot, just get up earlier to queue for the ticket. It is the fast and most convenient way.If taking the bus, the duration is about 2.5 - 3 hours. The bus schedule is very limited at 07:00 and 07:30. If the schedule is not proper, I suggest you hire a private car, and the fare may ne CNY250.
