About:How to Collect a Train Ticket

Ticket collection location

If I purchase G train ticket online (Shanghai Hongqiao to HangZhou), can I collect the ticket in GuangZhou (guangdong province)? and how many day in advance can I collect the tickets? My intended travel is date is 17/11/2015, I'll be in Guangzhou/FoShan area on 14/11/2015.

Yes. You can collect it in Guangzhou at any date before your departure.
