About:China Visa Entries / Validity / Duration of Stay

I have a multiple entry M visa. I just left for Hong Kong then from there plan to go to Malaysia.

The plan is to return to hong Kong go through the border, then travel by train back to our city. The question is can we enter hk and then China with a pre designated departure?

Side note: we are trying to get home during national holiday when all the trains are sold out, any suggestions on how to bypass this?

Layne, you can enter HK and then enter mainland PRC via train with the M type, but you need to check wether your country is one of the countries that signed entry permit exemption agreement with HK. If it's not on the list, you need to apply for a HK entry permit in advance.

In case that you can't get the train ticket, you can choose other ways, like travelling back by air or by bus.
