late arrival into pudong airport

Hi,I will be arriving into PVG close to midnight and need to get to the Central Hotel Shanghai. What are my best options?Hotel is between Xizang Middle rd and Henan Middle Rd, or near People's Square.Is it safe to catch a night bus at this time, is it safe to catch a taxi ? I will be by myself. Will it be easy to find help at the airport at this time ?Thanks
