No, there is no train service available in YS now, so you are suggested to take a bus instead. In YS South Bus Station, there are 6 direct buses available to Guangzhou at 12:00, 12:30, 12:40, 13:40, 19:30 and 21:00. The bus fare is about CNY140, and the duration is about 6 hours.0

No, no train leads to Guangzhou directly from the city. If you wish to go by train, I suggest you take a transfer in Guilin. At YS North Bus Station, take a direct bus to Guilin North Rail Station in 70-80min. There you can take a high speed train to Guangzhou within 3h.0
