Do I still have an opportunity?

Good day!. I was given admission to study engineering in china but on my admission letter it was stated that I should commence registration from 21st of August to 31st of August but I wasn't able to meet up with the time of registration due to some issues and visa delay. However I've gotten everything ready and prepared to leave for PRC and I'm planning to pay all my fees tomorrow then start coming to there. I hope it is still possible for me to register with my fees?
