I think you can apply for the C4 type from South Korean embassy in Beijing. It requires your passport, filled application form, a recent passport photo, valid resident permit in Beijing, invitation letter from your employer, company business registration certificate, employment contract, business license (copy version), high-rank manager's recommendation letter or any other proof to prove that the company really needs to hire you.
