About:Apply for China Visa in a Third Country

I am a Singapore citizen and like visit China for business meeting for 2-3 days.

How to apply for visa.
I am presently in Thailand with work permit

Well, as a Singaporean citizen, you don't even need the PRC entry permit for a stay not exceeding 15 days.
