how i get visa from hongkong in philippines but im living in ksa

i am living in Saudi Arabi since i was born , i am holding Yemeni passport ,  my trip is 14-Nov -15 , i would like to visit HONGKONG  my question , may i get visa from embassy HONGKONG in Philippine ? if yes what is requirement Thanks in advance for your prompt action on this regard

Well, why don't you apply from KSA? I'm confused. Anyway, it doesn't matter where you apply. There is no HK embassy in the Philippines. You should apply from the PRC embassy there. If the consualr office is not willing to accept your application, please apply directly through HK Immigration Department by mails.The required documents are your passport copy, application form, round-trip tickets and hotel reservation copies, travel itinerary, and a finanical background proof.
