ferry from shenzhen airport to hong kong

Question

Hi: we are arriving on a flight to bao'an airport and need to get to a hotel downtown Hong Kong.How do you suggest we do this?  We are looking for the easiest way and are willing to take taxis if needed.  We have luggage and don't want to take buses.

From the airport, you can take the shuttle bus line 10 to Shekou port direcly, where you can take the ferry to Hong Kong Macau ferry Terminal. If you take a taxi from the airport to the port, the fare is about CNY80-100.

how often do the ferry's run?  Do you have a schedule? Where do you buy tickets?  How do the handle the border crossing?

The ferry schedules are 07:45, 10:15, 11:45, 14:15, 16:45 and 19:15. It takes around an hour on the way. You can buy the tickets when you arriving at the ferry terminal. You can just pass the customs in SK Port.
