How much is a taxi fare and time usage to the Dongzhimen area compared to the express train and walking to the hotel (Holiday Inn Dongzhimen)?

If by taxi, it takes around half an hour at that time. The cab fare is CNY 70 to 80 in the day time. By airport exrpess train, it takes 40-45min counting on the train travel and walking time. The fare is CNY25.
