paper required for japanese visa

I am an Egyptian living and working in Shandong province in China.
i would like to know the required papers to apply for a tourism entry permit to Japan.

Apple, you the documents listed below:
1. Application Form
2. Passport (original and copy)
3. Valid ShanDong residency permit for more than 6 months
4. One passport-size color photo taken within 3 months (38mm X 45mm, front-facing, without hat, without background)
5. Documents showing ability to support the travel expenses, ie. a past year’s salary proof from an official organization; or past 3 months’ bank book or bank statements in the name of the applicant (original and copy).
6. Hotel booking
7. Flight or ship confirmation
8. Schedule of stay
