About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

I am flying From México to shanghai arriving nov 24th and leaving to Seúl on 25th,

Then I fly from Singapore to shanghai on december 14th and leaving to México the following Day, do I need a visa? Or any document apart from my passport and airplanes tickets?

No, you don't need it both times. Apart from your passport and onward tickets, you need to show the entry permit for the next destination.
