Where can I get in Hangzhou Three Day Pass for subway?

And what the Tourist Subway Pass is ? And
How much does it cost ?

The three-day pass (a type of the tourist pass) is CNY40, and you can use the card to enjoy the unlimited subway rides within continuous 72h. And you can buy the pass at the Customer Service Center of any subway station on line 1, 2 and 4.

And also for SIM Card for tablet ?
