Can you take turtles from china to Australia?

My grandmother has 3 turtles inincluding 2 water turtle and 1 dry turtle. Is she allowed to take these turtles out to Australia from China with her on the plane.q

James, according to what I know, Australia has very strict Inspection and Quarantine Rules. Water animals and plants are not allowed to enter. So I am afraid that your grandmother can't take them back to Australia.
