Whats the quickest and best option to go from west train station to the airport terminal 3?

Well, of course the quickest way is to take the taxi. The cab fare is CNY 130 to 140 in the day time. The duration is 50 to 60 mins.
Or you can take airport shuttle bus line 7 directly. The ticket fare is CNY 24 per person. It takes around 1.5 hours on the way.
