How to apply for business trip 7 days in Guangzhou? if I a a woman business woman at 27 years old.

Dear Sir / madam,
I am here in Phnom penh as a business woman in field Interior Design company. Regarding to the building increase from day by day i want to expand my business as run a big Warehouse to produce the furniture in order to supply for condo and other projects. So on October 15 -19 2015 it will be Caton fair I want to join to buy some machineries and other accessories. Yesterday I went to ask one tour company they said that it is very difficult to apply to China a young woman. So how do I apply? I am 27 years old and my company name 8s Intellusion Co.,Ltd.
