About:Beijing Capital Airport T3

capital airport pick up service

Hello,
my parents, who don't speak Chinese or English, are planning to visit me in China soon. They need to be picked up from the plane and guided all the way to the arrivals hall where I will meet them. Does the airport provide this kind of service? Is it free of charge or not? If not, how much does it cost and how can I book it?
Thank you.

Well, as I know, the airport doesn't have this kind of special service. In general, upon landing, your parents can easily find the right direction according to the clear English signs. Or they can find the staff at the airport. They will glad to help them. Don't worry.

Or you can contact the airline to see if they provide "Accompany Service", which will send your parents all the way to you accompanied by their staff.
