About:Guangzhou Travel Guide

which counter should I collect my ticket with Malaysia passport at Train station in Guangzhou?

I had order my online train ticket from GZ to Jishou. Should I need to queue up with others or there will be a special counter to collect. Can I collect it before the train departure?

Do you refer to Guangzhou Railway Station?
If yes, in the Ticketing Office, there are special counters to collect the online booking tickets.
You can collect the ticket before the train’s departure, but sometimes you need to queue in a long line. So I suggest you reach the train station about 1-1.5 hours before the departure time.
