Can the trip be taken by subway without using the maglev train?
How long will it take?

Yes, you can. Take the subway Line 2 from the airport to Jiangsu Road, where you can transfer to subway line 11 to the west railway station directly. The subway fare is CNY8, and the duration is about 80 mins.
