About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

first we go to hongkong and stay 4 days

then we go to guangzhou for 65 hours and come back to hongkong and after 1 day come to india ... we required guanzhou visa ?

Yes, you need it. You are advised to apply for an L type from the CVASC in India.
