About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

We have 17 hour lay over in Shanghai before heading on to Manila.

It is my understanding we declare this at departing airport or when we arrive in Shanghai?

Kyle, you can tell the airline that you want to use the 72-hour free transit policy before the plane arrives in Shanghai.
