I want to change RMB to EUROs at Pudong aiport, where I can do that? rate now?

There is an Currency Exchange Center inside the airport transportation hub. But it is more 'expensive' to exchange there.
I recommend you to the SPD Bank in T1 for the exchange. The service fee is lower. Add: Gate 11, International Arrival Hall.
At present, CNY1 is about EUrO 0.141134.0
